Should've gone to specsavers..
I've just viewed the video again the police officer had nothing in either hand when he shoved the man.

Now why don't you do the same instead of making silly comments.

While ever people like you keep on about an imaginery Truncheon/Batton I'll keep asking you to show it being used.

You know something you maybe right, what I thought to be a batton now looks like the man was stun gunned.

I kid you not !

Starting at 1 min 21 sec you clearly see it looks like a batton.

At 1 min 25 sec he grimmises in pain and it actually looks like the officer is holding a gun type weapon.

Either way, I think looking at that clip it clearly shows a weapon and looks pretty much police telescopic battonesk to me.

Imagine away the evidence in this clip.

And as the he then gets hit again on the back of the legs (1 min 31 sec) I would consider 2 instances of being hit being a beating.

Well I've just watched it again several times nowhere is either a batton used or a kick delivered, your imagination seems to be getting the better of you.
