Rioja
Now the policemans legal team are withholding the Autopsy they paid for, brilliant! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/7988564/G20-protests-death-Ian-Tomlinson-autopsy-result-withheld.html It just gets more and more suspicious. All the evidence should have been put before a jury.

dawny1970
good, because if it was the other way around then it would have been done with and the person in jail within 6 months of it happening, but because its a policeman, the law helps him!!! Mister M
The CPS has now changed its mind and PC Simon Harwood is to be charged with manslaughter. Good. There has been one too many people that have died at the hands of the police and no - one is responsible. Hopefully, this will start reversing that trend

Convict Edd
It’s not proof of a bent system, he faced a jury of civilians and they found him not guilty. Video of him beating him then pushing him to the floor + No conviction = Bent system.

I agree some things seem a little dubious where the police are concerned, but if that were the case in this instance, then surely it would never have got to trial?
