Your completley misunderstanding what I am saying. If a site is at full capacity, you have to wait until some one else comes out before you can get in. OK, people are leaving all the time usually, but its still the point: if nobody decides to leave for 5 minutes, you have to wait 5 minutes. OK, people are leaving all the time usually, but its still the point: if nobody decides to leave for 5 minutes, you have to wait 5 minutes. Little thing called "health and safety" Yep but what im saying is if a site is not full then you go in- however if the site is full and people are queing then the wrist bands are que jumps and you go to the front.
