titchbec
I want to lose weight quickly, heard about atkins and the aloe vera juice diet.Does anyone have any ideas?
bizzle
Change your lifestyle eating wise & include exercise. Simple & boring as that but it will work. Don't become a slave to dieting because you just end up in a circle from starting to restarting your diet about a billion times. That is where a lot of people go wrong. Can I ask why you want too lose weight quickly?

Grandad.Malky
I know VERY VERY QUICK WAY. I presume we are not talking about cutting a leg off easy way to lose weight is to cut the beer out, I just haven’t got round to doing it yet.
LibertyBell
I asked my doctor the best way to lose 15 pounds of unsightly fat. He told me to cut my head off. © 1897
Joe Totale
Dukan for 2 weeks, I lost 10lbs, but I think most of that was water!
Babooshka
DANCING!!! The weight just falls off you. Although, to be fair, you can't eat twenty Burger Kings per day, too.
joolsd
Recent research says weight losing schemes involving support networks, eg Weightwatchers are best for losing and keeping off weight. I have nothing to do with WW, so not promoting them particularly. See report: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/10577030 However WW is expensive, so getting other people - friends/family - to support you and perhaps lose weight at the same time as you could well be as effective. As other posters say, the basic thing about losing weight is: eat less, move more.
