I want to lose weight quickly - any ideas?

Change your lifestyle eating wise & include exercise. Simple & boring as that but it will work.

 

Don't become a slave to dieting because you just end up in a circle from starting to restarting your diet about a billion times. That is where a lot of people go wrong.

 

Can I ask why you want too lose weight quickly?

Recent research says weight losing schemes involving support networks, eg Weightwatchers are best for losing and keeping off weight. I have nothing to do with WW, so not promoting them particularly. See report:

However WW is expensive, so getting other people - friends/family - to support you and perhaps lose weight at the same time as you could well be as effective.

As other posters say, the basic thing about losing weight is: eat less, move more.
