I want to lose weight quickly - any ideas?

Not always the case. Theres people who eat less and excercise alot as the metabolism slows it gets even harder! and cutting back too much can do more harm than good.

 

With so many takeaways, beer and misleading labels ect..it is very hard for one to keep and maintain weight.

 

maybe for some but not for me works everytime

Exercise will increase your metabolism, as muscle uses more energy at rest than adipose tissue...
