paulo n Posted July 25, 2010 Share Posted July 25, 2010 i did work experience 79-80 ithink i pinched some lead and he sussed me out(only a bit)he was a thick set chap.did he have rocker type chads? the foreman was called arthur biggin and some guy from intake where i lived forgot his name.i used to tin the ends of windings,i was a cheeky little f***** and paid the price-canteen was free for work experience and the grub was great!! MrsDavies2Be Posted October 24, 2011 Share Posted October 24, 2011 My husbands uncle has worked there since leaving school so it will be 30 years maybe a bit less now, it is the only job he has ever had my husbands father works there now as well so technically they aren`t ex employees but I thought I would join in the discussion anyway.
