Greenpeace - BP stunt backfires.

Recommended Posts

Well the lentil munching, yoghurt knitting, fake dredlocked crusties over @ Greenpeace may have gone a little too far for the average man in the street by closing down some BP stations in London today.

However looking at some of the (moderated) comments appearing on their website, joe public is not impressed with the eco-terrorists actions.

The whole point of the campaign was to gain publicity, the fact that you've just informed SF about this campaign shows that the stunt hasn't backfired. I'm sure Greenpeace will want to thank you for helping their campaign.

Well lets face it when the Earth is about to die, every animal is dead and all the oil is used up motorists will still kick up a fuss and throw the dummy out if they can't drive everywhere.

Not if we've just drained every drop of a good bottle of red :D.
