LibertyBell
The general opinion is that Scotsmen are the meanest, however my dealings with Yorkshiremen have made me wonder, what is the thoughts of other people? My only thought is that the title should read "meaner" and not "meanest". signed Arnold Pedant

Benggo
Neither of the above-it's the Welsh. Havn't had too many dealings with the Welsh,I hear they are a bit sensitive when the thing about sheep is mentioned. What I don't like about the Welsh is the way they start talking in the Welsh lingo in shops, when English people walk in.Welsh always sounds as if the person speaking it is speaking with their mouth full of something.
