BasilRathbon
I don't have trouble sleeping at night but often feel myself getting quite tired during the day so quite fancy the idea of "power-napping" or whatever it's called. I recently came across some software called Pzizz which is designed to help you sleep with the aid of binaural beats, auto-suggestion and sound effects and wondered if anyone had given it a truy and if they found it effective. Details here; http://www.pzizz.com/home-2 Although the above website will sell you it for $59.95 (!), it's currently being given away free if you have one of those iPlayer whatnots. See here (but be quickl!). http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pzizz-sleep/id341324632?mt=8 Unfortunately it seems you have to have iTunes, an iPod and all that Apple software to take advantage of it, so I can't,b ut I'd be interested to know if the product measures up to the claims. Vague_Boy
I usually find an episode of Star Trek: Enterprise does the trick, especially seasons 1 or 2.
