I have a way of relieving stress.

 

It's called drinking.

 

or the next best thing

 

DECLARE THE REST OF TODAY AS A HOLIDAY

 

then from tomorrow imagine every day is a holiday. Do one little thing that stimulates this holiday mood each day, then watch your worries fade away.

Visualise all of your stress as air in your lungs then take a little breath in and a HUGE breath out, throwing your stress out of your body and away into the atmosphere.

 

Repeat as often as necessary, but not more than half a dozen times on the trot or you make yourself rather dizzy.
