the_rudeboy Posted August 5, 2010 Share Posted August 5, 2010 I used to bite my nails really badly, so bad that they were always sore. One day I decided I wasn't going to bite them again. I didn't use any particular method or any paint on stuff, I just stopped somehow. That was over 25 years ago and I haven't bitten them since.
