Friendofpeak
Hello You might be interested in an event we are organising on the 12th June at Longshaw. The aim is to teach people how to get more out of walking and will include route planning, map reading etc. The walk is being led by Philip Hetherington, who has considerable experience of leading walking groups both here and abroad so you will be in very safe hands. The idea of the event is to give people greater confidence to explore areas a little further afield than they might be used to and give them the skills they need to safely venture off the beaten tracks. if you are interested you can drop me a line or vist the website for info http://www.friendsofthepeak.org.uk
