Shin Splints Advice

Hello guys im just after some needed advice about shin splints, i have done loads to try an get rid of my shin splints but nothing seems to do the trick ive tried top of the range running shoes, stretching for 5-10 mins before trying to run, a slow and fast paced warm up walk before i run, ive even had some special insoles made that was 70quid!! and i have been using these for a few month and there not working either. Has anyone had this problem and got rid?? as soon as my pace turns from a fast walk to a jog within a few steps my shins are in agony.
