AJ sheffield Posted August 19, 2010 Share Posted August 19, 2010 It depends if the have spin locking collars, they usually have a stop to prevent them moving towards your hand and are usually cast on the bar. Mecky Posted August 19, 2010 Share Posted August 19, 2010 Well I had adjustable collars on my straight bar straight so any weight really. I also had a tricep bar and a curling bar with fixed collars but if you're using cast weights they are always big enough, unless you have loads of little 2.5kg weights or something.
