Sambilena
Just wondering what happens when someone dumps rubbish in someone elses skip? We have the builders in at the moment and someones started filling our skip up without permission (stuff went in last night). Wouldnt have minded if they'd have asked! We know who is responsible though, is there anything we can do about it? what about chucking their dumped stuff onto the road/back on their land?can we get done for that being as though it isnt our waste? truman
If you know where it's from ask them for a donation towards the cost of the skip or just give it them back..

Babooshka
Yeah, can't you just go and talk to them, and take back their 'rubbish', politely saying that you need the space in the skip. If you have room when you have finished, say you are willing to take their rubbish for a small financial contribution. Skips are not cheap to hire. fling
Do not put it in the road as you would probably be done for littering. I would put it back in their garden unless they contribute financially to the hire of the skip.
Babooshka
Yeah, take it out, and, just as your skip is being taken away, leave their rubbish on their drive/house front. It's theirs. If they want to kick up a fuss, they don't have a cat in hells chance.

Babooshka
The OP would have agreed had the neighbours ASKED. It is the neighbours who think they can get a free ride, and get rid of a load of stuff at someone else's expense. Hardly neighbourly! It is not the OP with the problem. Read Post 1!
