Stebbil
Hi all Well we have finally found a property in S20 and should be moving there in the next couple of weeks. As the first couple of days are always pretty hectic, I dont see much cooking going on. Can anyone recommend decent take-aways that deliver in the S20 area? We like all types of food - we dont like food poisoning! Many thanks as always John

TheTwirler
I shall do my best mate. Not all these outlets will be in the S20 area but they all deliver to the S20 area.. Chinese; Lees' Chinese in nearby Hackenthorpe are decent, always seem to be throwing little extras in for free and the food is very consistent. They seem to be better at your run-of-the-mill stuff, Chow Mein etc. Galaxy in Mosborough are also good, though usually busier and can take longer to deliver. They are better at the more specified stuff, try the Garlic and Seseme Mushrooms! Pizza; Napolis in Halfway are great if you like a meat feast. They absolutely plough all types of meat on and it is VERY filling, plus the garlic bread is top notch. Wouldn't use them if you're after anything else though. Benitos in Frechville (or Bens in Hackenthorpe, they are virtually identical) are good for Pizzas, Kebabs, Burgers, Ribs, etc. You can always cater for everyones tastes with them and the food is usually warm etc. If you're into your kebabs, then KPC in Frechville are the specialists I'd see. Curry - I'd reccomend Bengal Spice in Hackenthorpe. Their curries seem to be less fatty than others and have a more authentic approach, rather than Everest in Killamarsh which will give you bog-standard western-taste curries like you'd expect from from your local supermarket. Alternatively you can always donate a tenner to charity and I'll cook a lovely Paella for the family..
Stebbil
Twirler You are an absolute star mate. Thank you so much. For a moment there I was worried I might have to cook on a saturday night! Well when I say I - I mean the better half, and lets be honest it would mean she would miss the X Factor and it wouldnt be the best start to an evening! Thanks again mate - I will give them a try over the coming weeks! Best wishes Stebbs
