Ghozer Posted August 23, 2010 Share Posted August 23, 2010 it depends on the tenancy agreement, if its leashold you cannot legally rent it.. if its freehold your fine to do whatever you want within the boundries and as long as it doesnt affect the rest of the block or the structure.. if its 'shared' owners, all parties have to agree to rent and have to sign the/an agreement with whoever rents..
