Seriously (to the OP), may I ask what steps you are taking to NOT feel lonely? I mean, do you sit in your house, and fester, and dwell on all the fun other people are having? Do you WANT to be out there doing more? Or do you want to stay home, but have someone there? I am trying to imagine your situation, but am struggling because I throw myself in to lots of new things, and get out there to see and do things, either by myself, or with strangers...and it puts a smile on my face, permanently. The times when I am alone in my house, I reflect on the things I have done, and enjoy the solitude, and quiet moments....and an argument-free home.
