English Defence League?

It's time people saw the EDL for what they are which is basically the 'bully-boy' wing of the BNP. :loopy:

It gives me no pleasure to watch the conspiracy theorists go about their sordid work.

The EDL has been proscribed by the BNP leadership.

The BNP is not welcome among the ranks of the EDL.

This is the reality of the matter, difficult as it may be for some to come to terms with. The EDL people do not care for politics, contesting elections or speaking to the electorate on doorsteps.

The EDL have more in common with the aggressive, bullying and intolerant UAF than they do with the BNP.

Another far-right split! Nothing new there then. I've been watching them for 30 years.

What are UAF intolerant of?

Political parties that they do not approve of, and anybody who does not follow their orders.

Dartmouth films Laura Fairrie for example. The Director of 'The Battle For Barking' documentary, and certainly no friend of the BNP. Unfortunately for her, she passionately believes in freedom of speech - which brought her to the attention of the anti-democracy UAF.

The journalists' Frontline Club in Paddington, West London was screening the More4 documentary, 'The Battle for Barking', on January 14 2011. The film is about the election battle between Labour MP Margaret Hodge and the BNP during the May 2010 local elections. Nick Griffin, the BNP leader, was personally invited by Ms. Fairrie to answer questions about the documentary after it had been screened.

The UAF, acting on behalf of itself, demanded that the club not allow Griffin to speak, but Ms. Fairrie refused to withdraw his invitation.

So the UAF physically attacked the club and the BNP. The UAF cares for nobody's opinion but its own - and if you disagree you will get hurt. They prevented by force an elected politician from attending an invite from a left-wing director at a left-wing club. The UAF are fascists.
