chimay
I remember It was a hot afternoon, Last day of June, And the sun was a demon, The clouds were afraid, One-ten in the shade, And the pavement was steaming. Silly me, that was summer the first time.
MrBump
In the year that I thought *boo* would be replacing The Hot Summer of '76 ...My summer has been beautifully punctuated with four great reads by Barnsley's Milly Johnson. She provided me with plenty to smile, cry and laugh out loud at, as my inner bookworm was caressed out of hibernation. A nice distraction from the sadness of loosing my Nana which even a blue sky and picnics with friends can't seem to soothe. Tramlines 2010 was very special as was watching my nephew master the art of walking!
