danot Posted September 6, 2010 Share Posted September 6, 2010 I have actually felt physical pain in a dream, but according to reports iv'e been reading on-line by dream specialists and psychiatrists, we do not experience physical pain in dreams, because when dreaming, the mind can only re-create feelings of emotional distress from our previous experiences, or can only associate "physical pain" to a dream once we are awake; not during the dream. Joanl Posted September 6, 2010 Share Posted September 6, 2010 I once dreamed that I had chest pains....I could definately feel pain. Shortly after, I had an ecg?
