stackrock
why burn a book in public that you hate? is it a nazi thing? or a middle east flag thing, or is it more than that? for what its worth i would not burn any book as a protest or flag. how about you? Scozzie
I'd rather flag burning than book burning. I hate to see ooks being damaged (probably because I am suh a book worm!)
skinz
Flags are military emblems to me, or that's how they originated. Burn them or not for all I care. Books? I can't see the point of burning any book. Burning either as a means of protest just seems pretty dumb in all honesty.
melthebell
both are only done to antagnise the opponent, both actually solve nothing, in fact both prolly cause the problem to escalate
Tipex
both are only done to antagnise the opponent, both actually solve nothing, in fact both prolly cause the problem to escalate Does that go for SOME of those Muslims who were burning American and British flags? Harleyman
I dont like the idea of any book or flag being burnt but in the US such acts are protected under the First Amendment. I'll say this to the flag burners though. If you've come to the point of hatred of your country to the extent that you would carry out such an act of disrespect then it's time you move on and find another country to live in.
