MadnBad
hi folks, a wierd request here, but i have got a new pair of trainers which are quite sporty and soft but are a litte tight now, are they any good ways to beat these in to loosen them up so they will feel more comfy cheers They're Pumas aren't they! Depends what you're going to use them for but if you're going to use them for running i recommend 1000 mile socks they are brilliant and make my Pumas feel all nice and comfy rather than chaffing and tight. If you're intending them for general use then i'd say swap them for a larger pair.
Strix
if they're leather, there's a traditional method employed by soldiers which you probably won't want to try, but if they're man made, you're stuck

norks
try putting damp news paper into them and leavig them to dry, make sure you scrunch the newspaper up and pack them solid.

Strix
coated leather may peel, but suede* usually copes well with washing - just brush it afterwards *I still wouldn't wash a suede jacket or similar though! washing makes leather shrink unless you stretch it whilst wet
