bobbie
I'm not talking about round the world, more when there is a bad flood in the UK. Do any operators take people to these areas to tour and observe people as they deal with whats happened when a flood or hurricane has struck? If not, I may be setting up a company called "disaster tours" renting out a mini bus a going to these areas. With Climate Change causing wilder weather patterns, there has to be a market for people to leer at others misfortune

Mr Bloke
I think that you could be onto a winner here! I can't understand why no-one else has thought of hiring out a mini-bus to tour a flooded disaster zone.
SiSiSi
A far more cost effective idea would be to tour Sheffield looking for crime scenes. Given the number of contributors to threads on SF asking what the poilce (especially the helicopter) are up to, you'd need more than a mini_bus! bazjea
One here, not exactly a natural disaster area, but certainly a disaster area. Bit far for a Mini Bus though. http://www.puretravel.com/Guide/Asia/Western_Asia/iraq
Forumosaurus
I think you're trolling myself but if you're not you're a bit sick, who'd want to watch people suffering? As I say though you're probably just trolling.
