Do any Tour Operators do tours to disaster zones?

If not, I may be setting up a company called "disaster tours" renting out a mini bus a going to these areas. With Climate Change causing wilder weather patterns, there has to be a market for people to leer at others misfortune

One of my ex bfs gave up his career as a solicitor to take a van to Romania to help orphaned children; the story was in the local papers a few years ago. I really admired him for that.
