sarah1 Posted September 13, 2010 Share Posted September 13, 2010 They can be really good.. My OH lost over 5 stone whilst using Xenical, but you really do have to be carefull what you eat.. Don't think that just because they get rid of alot of the fat from what you eat, you can still eat what ever you want to, because the side affects can be a little ermm 'dirty' shall we say.. The other thing is though, is that if you use them for quite a while (as my OH did), they can become unaffective and they'll not make no difference what so ever no matter how much fat you eat.. They'll simply stop working and you'll start putting the weight back on.. This happened to both my OH and his mum as she was taking them too..
