nortonlees
Bishops House is one of Sheffield’s historical gems. The Friends of Bishops House are working to ensure its historical value is recognised and the building is properly preserved for future generations to enjoy. We are bidding for a £2000 grant towards an archaeological and historical survey of the site. The local community will be invited to join a weekend of free activities with Sheffield University's Archaeological Department and Heeley City Farm. The grant will be decided at a public meeting where people vote in order for their favourite projects. We hope you be able to come along and give us your support! The meeting will be held at; 9 October at 11am : Tenants Hall, Gleadless Road, Newfield Green We need your help - please try to attend and bring your friends! Darth Vader
If people cannot make the meeting, would a letter be viewed favourably? Is there an address people could send letters of support to?
