Ousetunes
Thought you might like to know that they're not hanging around in Chesterfield when it comes to Christmas. Yesterday - I make that the 15th September - I found myself in the Donkey Derby pub in Chesterfield. For the record, the food was lovely and the beer spot on. However, I was and still am somewhat bewildered by the fact that the pub was bedecked in Christmas trimmings, tree and all. The staff, who must have felt really silly were wearing red Santa hats! Read that date again. Not 15th December (which would be acceptable); not 15th November (which would be nearly acceptable) and not 15th October (which would be way too soon). Wednesday 15th September. Truly, utterly ridiculous.

Paul2412
I sometimes with the PC lefties would get their wish and force people to not celebrate Christmas as much. Not for fear of upsetting other faiths but because its bloody annoying.
cressida
I wonder if they are still selling the Christmas figures that light up
Cynic
Greed? Stupidity? Greed? Stupidity is likely but I don't see how it is going to make them any more money.
