Catherine100 Posted September 17, 2010 Share Posted September 17, 2010 My husband passed away at a young age 16 months ago and I was appalled yesterday to get home from work to find that HMRC had sent a tax return through to me hand written with his name and deceased written twice on the return. Needless to say I have a written back to them enclosing the tax return detailing how disgusted I am with them. It seems HMRC can't do anything right these days.
