Grahame Posted September 23, 2010 Share Posted September 23, 2010 Even allowing for that, it still means that you should pay taxes even if "caesar" said "i am going to collect this new tax which will be exclusively used for murder rape and pillage" So it still makes it ok to aid someone doing something evil. And you say that Christianity has morality - this proves you wrong, in your own words. It is down to each and everyone to do what is right and that includes Caesar. The only way to protect yourself is by becoming celibate or abstaining from sex. In other words the church promotes risk based on you not knowing the history of a potential partner...a history you can never know for sure.
