sheffgrow
£54 is way too steep anyway, besides i wouldnt buy anything from halfords what a rip off i went in last night for a headlight bulb £12.99 i didnt buy one but went to the local car spares today and paid £2.50 i think they rely on people that are gullible
alchresearch
Can you imagine how much it would cost if you had a couple of bulbs broken? Most garages do them for free, just like topping up the screenwash bottle. I bet Halfrauds would charge the full retail price for bulbs and screen wash. Surely this must be a mistake, they cannot be offering a standard MOT for £109?

alchresearch
Really? Which garages don't charge for supplying headlamp bulbs... I was talking about sidelight, rear light and number plate bulbs. If you're going for an MOT with broken headlights you deserve to be ripped off. Mind you, going for an MOT with any bulb not working is a bit daft...
