feargal Posted September 17, 2008 Share Posted September 17, 2008 Can you ask the chef to be a bit more careful with the salt though - had a virtually inedible risotto last time (you don't need a ladleful, particularly not with parmesan), and the time before my veggie option was really salty. goldenfleece Posted September 17, 2008 Share Posted September 17, 2008 Excellant pub this, wish it was a bit closer to my home address though, its a relatively long haul walking along that road at night to get to the other side of Stannington...the short cut through the remains of Loxley College is faster but a bit on the scary side..... Thank you for letting us know I will pass the info on to the Chef what day did you come on, I know it shouldn't matter but if we can find out if Pete was actually cooking that day/evening it would be helpful! I will have to see if it fits in with what we are doing, we are already fully booked for christmas day!
