Michael_W Posted October 17, 2010 Share Posted October 17, 2010 It's not the speedos that's the problem it's the wearer, your body type or even age will have great bearing on the aesthetics, another example : you would not want to see grannies saggy backside in a thong would you ? However I do think people are a bit over concerned with image, very few people will go through life looking young, fit and healthy, particularly throughout later life if at all, in some cases, so if your heading down to the beach don't expect it to be just like baywatch ! Some people, both male and female will never look great in any type of swimwear because of their bodytype but you can not ban people going to the beach or the swimming baths so just as with the speedo issue...get a life and deal with it !
