Baroness Warsi criticises anti-Islamic Uk press.

Recommended Posts

It's classic double-think.

Lots of scare stories demonizing Muslims, then the government (the one that kept harping on about the Muslim "terrorist" threat and invading other countries) tells you off for demonizing Muslims!

More Muslims have been killed by those two illegal wars than have ever been killed by terrorists in the whole of history. And yet they're the "threat" to us?

Divide and conquer. As long as the populace is busy being divided by arbitrary differences, they'll have less time to question the actions of those in Westminster.

Oh, and don't forget, there's a new story about Jordan today. And another footballer with his pants down. Bread and Circuses.

couldn't agree more

To survive, all religions need to recruit and control their followers. Without such structures in place, the faith will die or dilute like so many have. Islam seems to me to be particularly nasty in its inflexibility and dogma. In terms of survival, it is like a virus and seems to be spreading, where christianity is in decline.

Can anyone be a moderate muslim? I'm watching what happens in Tunisia now there is a power vacuum. Will it become more 'moderate' or will the hardliners get in there and have religious police and ban women driving like saudi, oh and the president of Iran has banned Valenttine's Day.

a moderate muslim is not a muslim?

Islam is not the virus its American lead western neo coloniolism which is spreading throughout the muslim world at great speed. Do you not think this is causing muslims in western societies to become more defensive and angry? Especially as they can see its Muslims being killed and Muslim countries being destroyed but they're the ones being labelled terrorists by the western media.

That's a wonderful story, apart from the brother and sister who didn't attend.

What a lovely story, aahhhh!

This type of scenario has been repeated in many an Asian family many a time with similar results, two of which I am personally familiar with.

Warsi is an over-promoted mediocrity. Does anyone really think she would have been made a 'baroness' had she not been a muslim and a conservative? Her current status is a classic example of a token promotion, given that female, muslim conservatives are so few and far between. Indeed, anyone with these three credentials could have been dragged off the street by Cameron and given high office, so desperate are the Tories to appear 'inclusive' and 'multicultural'.

I am not surprised by her ridiculous comments about dinner party 'Islamophobia'. What she is no doubt attempting to do, albeit not very successfully, is to appeal to a muslim constituency within which she has very little, if any standing.

warsi is a token promotion but she's right about Islamophobia.

Hurraaah! it looks as though you have actually managed to read a post and reply to it's content. Makes a change from repeating the single liners regardless of what is posted in it's reply eh?:hihi: Oh and the post you quoted was far from rubbish, in fact it was a logical analysis of the situation and your response was indeed simply rubbish.
