Harleyman
This style is not new. Robin Hood and his merry men wore the same 900 years ago. At least if you believe Hollyweird and Errol Flynn

At least if you believe Hollyweird and Errol Flynn That's a good point. Do you theorise that this current style is an ironic post-modern nod to the 1938 movie? Could be but I would have preferred seeing Olivia de Havilland dressed as such instead of Flynn and the even more horrible sight of Allan Hale and Patrick Knowles It took guts though

It just looks like they don't have a skirt on leaving their buttocks dangle down like two fried eggs hammered onto nails.
Guest
Ummmmmm, have you all lost your senses.....the style looks very hot .....you all worry to much. It even makes twig-like fashion-types look silly (though admittedly that muppet fur top isn't helping much either). She would have looked so much better if she'd put on a short skirt over her big girl knickers and tights.
Defoe
I think that some students look lovely in tights although they do look better without them.

I think it's the nappy-ish big knickers that make it really bad. This style hasn't made it to Attercliffe or Gleadless yet.
