First off the Kitchen is being taken over by an independant Catering Company who are renounded for doing lovely homecooked food (real chips!) at cheap prices (2 for £6). see... It is a distinguished pub in a great location to suit all tastes. Theres the Rivelin valley nature trail nearby and also Rivelin valley park and paddling pools. The Hollybush is a great pub with friendly locals and atmosphere and I hope it manages to keep both. Out of interest, will you be keeping the same beers on, as the only downside of the Hollybush for me was the lack of choice of ales and lagers. We are aware of the lack of diversity in our drink and have just added stones and in a few weeks will havepremium strength san miguel. We hope that adding a focused caterer who is opening evenings aswell will bring drinking customers to the pub also. We plan to introduce a real ale circulation if business improves.
