Mininmum age For Buying Energy Drinks?

Recommended Posts

I'm torn about how to feel about it really.

On one hand I don't like her having these drinks, but on the other it was her own money, she's her own person and should be allowed to make her own decisions as to what she can do within the law.

I've told her she shouldn't need "energy drinks" and why, but it's up to her.

do you feel the same about cigarettes?

Most people have no idea how bad caffeine is for you:

it seems by this measure to be worse than speed

ps I am ethically against this research.

in that case they are discriminating

if the shop just says "sorry I'm not selling these goods to you" they don't have to give any other reason

in fact if they do give any other reason they could be taken to court and have it challenged if there's no legal basis

Well in that case, your original statement is simply wrong.

not as long as they don't state why they are refusing to serve the customer

it's when a shop gives a reason for a refusal to serve that things get messy

an shop can refuse to serve because they don't like the customers hairstyle, god help them if they say that out loud though
