Is he a medic? the capsule was supposed to go up empty last time, and no one was supposed to be going up without being checked by the medic first, but I'm hoping the reason for the change was that the first guy up thought, 'nah, that's only gonna delay things and add to the strain, and I know I'm fit to go', rather than anything else.
