Uptowngirl
I`ve grown tomatoes this year and have pounds of the things. They`re cherry ones and i would like to use them up rather than waste them. Even the neighbours have had enough. Has anyone got any recipes that take loads of them? Tomato salad. BananaSplit
Make your own pasta sauces and freeze them! So much nicer than out of a jar!

iansheff
I cut mine in half take the top core out then cook them in the microwave, remove the skins add a bit of sugar and some tomato puree. Then put them back in give a good stir and I put them in containers and freeze them. Then you have home grown tomatoes to have with a breakfast or make a pasta sauce, if you blitz them can use them on pizza bases.

Sausage Dog
Save them until they are really mushy, and then go and chuck them at Cleggy the next time he ventures to these parts
Alcoblog
Add boiling water to them to remove the skins, then chuck the middle bits in the bin. Dry the skins out thoroughly.... then flush down the toilet!
