esme
I can honestly say in twenty years of using a cashpoint and never having a receipt the cashpoint never conspired to rob me. It would be more likely to give you extra cash. a friend of mine once got the receipt but no money he was in the bank complaining when the person behind them came in saying they'd been given too much this was back in the early days of ATMs when they weren't quite so reliable I have to admit I've never been robbed either, I think it's because I check the receipts in supermarkets as well and it's become a habit
Nagel
Maybe the male behaviour at the petrol pump is related to similar behaviour with the penis when urinating?
Mr Prime
Supermarkets are always worth it, sometimes deals don't show up. Did you know the first ATM was opened by Reg Varney in 1967 in Enfield? My fact of the day. Here's a classic, on the tube in London people will put their oyster to the sensor or ticket in the slot and the barrier will say 'seek assistance'. Do they? No, they try several times before realising machines don't change their minds while a queue builds up behind.

Nagel
I shake the nozzle, mainly so i don't get it on my hands, always have visions of setting myself alight if it dripped on me I find that shaking the nozzle excessively can create a worse mess.
