I was trying to get on the Sheffield Forum facebook page. Talk about double trouble, no Facebook or Sheffield Forum! In the meantime I did find a little gem. I quite like it when my internet goes down, I ring up and complain and get a discount on my bill It can be a bit annoying and worrying while you work out what has happened though!
