Maybe this is why so many illegals and false asylum seekers turn up on our doorsteps. We give millions to Africa as aid, can you ever see them helping themselves to improve ?. Think about it, they come from sunny countries and they walk slowly and it's well known that muslims absorb light better than white people. It never used to get dark early before all these muslims.
