We're a private rental house, but the landlord has given us the go ahead to find somebody to do the jobs for him. EDIT TO ADD- Craig has asked me to remove my recommendation as he is no longer working as a roofer and it's time consuming for people to contact him and wait for a returned call only to find out that he's no longer able to do the work.
