Texas
We were talking wrestling the other night, a couple of cronies and myself, and I got to thinking about wrestlers from the Sheffield area. I could only think of two, Bobby Graham, and a guy who called himself Young Vulcan. Anybody remember him? I know Bobby (real name Graham) has gone on for a long time and had a succesful carreer, but I have never heard of Young Vulcan since the early 50s. I have got the idea that he sustained a bad injury around that time. Anybody remember him?

Plain Talker
Originally posted by Jossman He was also deaf and dumb. He became one of the main bouncers for Dave Allan at Josephines. Alan Kilby was/is certainly deaf, and somewhat mute (because of his deafness, he doesn't have a lot of speech), but he is not at all dumb. I was at school with his son and daughter, (who are also deaf.) He and his son, Adam, used to wrestle as a tag-team. I remember Alan working as a bouncer. His mother, and my late mother, were friends. PT
