birdsandbees
I have started wrapping prezzies, I bought from Argos, Does anyone have any idea on how I can remove the stickers they put on, without damaging the gift, mainly off cardboard from games I called Argos, and they said "if they dont just come off, they're stuck" which wasn't very helpful TIA

liznospam
It doesn't work with all stickers but your best chance to remove it cleanly is to peel it off really, really slowly. Something to do with the viscosity of the glue.

medusa
If the cardboard is the sort with a relatively intact shiny surface, like the printed film on the outside of the box, then WD40 applied very gently with a piece of kitchen roll or a cotton bud will usually lift the adhesive without damaging the surface. Unfortunately this doesn't work with unsurfaced cardboard and the WD40 will mark the cardboard in this situation.
