wondertec
Thank you...but unless i mis-read it, it says you can get them in your mouth (which i knew) but nothing about your throat...
Obelix
You can get them in the upper part of the throat certainly, just where it starts to turn down your neck near your tonsils as I had one there and it's equally unpleasant. You can also get them inside, err, lower down as well, in places equally as annoying for men and women, it's very cosmpolitan like that. If you are afflicted talk to the doctor there are some things they can do to stop the itching. Just try not to scratch (yes I know easier siad than done - cool baths with unscented bath oil worked wonders for me)

davyboy
Slightly o/t. When I was 12 I caught chickenpox in hospital whilst one leg was in plaster from toe to groin. The itching was horrendous.

Sean Hughes
Is it dangerous for adults to get chicken pox?
wondertec
Sean, think we just get it a lot more severe. It's a lot better to catch it when you're young. Think there can be complications tho.
