krisskross
On a DIET (again) wanting to do more exercise but not join a gym (I get board to easy - cannot stand repetative weekly routine). Thought i would get a wii fit - but does it really work ? Doing a bit of a poll - does it work for you ? Many thanks looking forward to your replys
Noob
In a word, No. I find eating normal portions and jogging 3-4 miles a day, does though.
alchresearch
Eat properly, drink lots of water and exercise. Wii Fit does help a little, but only in the same way a walk to the shops is better than using the car. It isn't a wonder fitness tool.
andyrad29
I think it does as it gives you focus and makes you check yourself everyday, you still have to combine "normal" activities with it tho but i am always thinking when i reach for the biscuit tin now! vwkittie
I've got it, not for loosing weight though, just for fun (you can use the board for loads of games). If you substituted half an hour of telly watching for half an hour of Wii fit then that's obviously going to be better for you isn't it? But it'd probably take a long time to loose weight just with Wii fit, you'd probably have to do other stuff as well.
alex3659
We have one of those Wi Fat boards and it works a treat. You stand on it eating crisps and chocolate while watching games on the telly. I have put 3 stones on in 4 weeks, it does everything it says on the box and more.
Pabs26
it helps towards getting fit... but you have to do other stuff too. obviously.

123456A
Thought i would get a wii fit - but does it really work ? It works if you get it out of the box and use it on a regular basis - it's just a bit of fun for rainy days when you can't get out for a good walk in the park and swing your arms.
