Fri 05/19 Wed 10/24 Nov; - Resident DJ 6pm – 1am. Start your weekend or mid-week with soothing jazz and move into the night with subtle changes of music style ending with Northern Soul. Sat 06 Nov; - Badge. Badge is primarily a four piece electric band, they can adapt to a number of different occasions due to a versatile repertoire and their understanding of different styles of music. Tues 09/16/23/30 Nov; - Folk Music. Sheffield CeilidhSoc is the University of Sheffield's very own Ceilidh and folk society. A Ceilidh (pronounced kay-lee) is by definition a Scottish party where everyone joins in an orchestrated folk music. Thurs 11 Nov; - Sheffield Eurosession. A welcoming monthly gathering, with live European music and dancing. Sat 13 Nov; - Green Onions Sat 20 Nov; - The Burgandys. The Burgundy's are a Nottingham based band who provides the very best in live music entertainment. The boys are brimming with harmonies and melodies that will get even the most stubborn of you onto your feet and dancing the night away! With an extensive range of covers, The Burgundy's are ideal for any kind of private function or social event! They go out as a duo - ideal for smaller venues, or as a full band consisting of rhythm guitar, bass and drums. Sat 27 Nov; - Billy Martin Jnr. The “delta blues man of Sheffield.” Taking his cue from his father, and drawing on a lifetime’s experience, Billy performs original material in the style of the greatest blues men, injecting warmth and humour into his spellbinding performances.
