roobydoo
My friend and her partner bought a house 6 years ago, 4 years ago the house went up for sale as they decided to part. He left 3.5 years ago and hasn't paid a penny since. She wants to sell and move on, but until consulting a solicitor she could get no contact from him. He still refuses to allow her to drop the price . Her solicitor doesn't seem very good. Surely there is something the courts can do to force the sale in view of the length of time its been for sale and the fact she is paying for everything on her own. Any advice please ?
