Oldham has to re-run voting (Now Re-Run)

Is there something in the water in your area.

Fortunately I don't drink water. But as our supplies probably come from the same source it would go some way to explain your idiocy.

But do feel free to start on the insults if you feel unable to string together a coherent debate.

Interesting that the coalition got more votes than labour who only managed to get in in the first place when the boundaries were changed.

That really is one pretty sad attempt to defend your party's poor showing.

For the record... There is no coalition party. The GlibDems lost out. Get used to it.

The Lib Dems ... are now making a real difference.

By failing to win in a vote (against the back drop of lies)?

Yep, making a massive difference:rolleyes:.

If they wanted to “influence” a policy that was a cornerstone of their election campaign why didn’t they all abstain or better still vote against it, is the idea of a coalition that you have to agree on everything or are the Lib/Dems allowed to retain some of their dwindling identity.

'tis odd, isn't it.

The Tories have stated that they will campaign against the Lib Dem policy of AV, yet the Lib Dems didn't campaign against the Tory student tuition fees:confused:.

You mean like 20% VAT????

Can't see the Tories going into the next election promising to reduce VAT if I'm honest.

Its called paying for 13 years of Labour squandering. You seem oblivious to the £1.2 trillion debt that Labour left to be paid. You also seem to have missed the £150 billion annual budget deficit.

Just how long do you imagine the country could continue spending £150 billion more than it collects in tax revenue each year? Because when the next general election comes around Labour are going to have to answer that one.

Yes in-line with our competitors in the EU and further afield who are lowering their higher rate of tax to lure the best and brightest.

I thought we already had "the best and brightest", all these high flying, telephone number bonus receiving bankers who keep threatening to leave the country whenever anyone so much as mentions curbing their excesses.

"We will bring forward detailed proposals for robust action to tackle unacceptable bonuses in the financial services sector; in developing these proposals, we will ensure they are effective in reducing risk." - Coalition Document, Section 1, page 9.

Another broken promise.
